Haiz.. now my whole body is aching like mad.. its been so long since my body aches like hell.. back in sec 3 when still got badminton training with filson at bowen.. aiyo.. holiday training.. afternoon go train.. at night go home.. nx time wake up.. whole body pain liao.. wah.. long time nv feel this way le.. if can go back to time i wanna go back to year 2003.. and have filson's playground training again.. though its tidious.. its very fun.. haa..

Hope our own badminton training can have that eh.. hais.. dunno when's the nx meeting.. miss merlion(some1's nickname given by sotong hoho)is busy.. hais..

Haix.. sian ji bua.. gonna go mug for tourism and do accounts liaos..
