WOW HOH.Im having muschleache all over my body.Its been... 5 yrs plus since i experienced this kind of body ache?I doesnt have this kind of physical training way back at ITE.. so.. abit strugglng.DEAD MEAT.My stamina really cannot make it +_+.Going to force myself to do skipping.. everyday ?I HOPE.

22 girls got selected.. but only half of us turned up for training on thurs?Heard that 2-3 pple back-out cos.. got running.. thats why they quit.HELLO?I also hate training.. just that.. hais.I only scare ah loke ask me go join other IGs.Then im super dead.HOHO.I haven attend any talks to gain the CE points.DIE LIAO.Like that wait later cannot graduate hahahahaha..

And the stupid UT(understanding test) is coming in... 10 days time?ROAR.Think i will do badly.Cos my daily grades sucks too HAHAHAHA.. alot of Bs and Cs.. and.. 2Ds?I didnt write nicely/properly for the reflection journal la.. abit off topic.+_+

ANIWAY,i made 2 new teammates,li poh and mindy(same christian name as my 小堂妹..hahas).. and im going to meet them on tues go training together.. and mindy's class.. same block as me!Just that she's at level 6 im and level 5 .. ahahs.. hopefully i can get through with the "rough" training at sch. +_+.

BLA BLA BLA.There's no coach for the girls team.. ah loke is the teacher as well as coach?我的天啊.Some of his tactics abit .. not i say he is not professional la.. cos.. right now.. i still remember filson's coaching skills.. so ... Luckily i "survived" Filson's devil training at bowen.. if not.. now at RP i might be suffering like mad.But.. going to build up my stamina and everything.. if not.. in the badminton team.. my地位不保啊.. and my elbow ... i think going to see doctor once/twice in a month. =_=

TIME TO GET A NEW BADMINTON SHOE! AH YES YES.Im going to get it tomorrow.And i might be wearing the old badminton shoe to sch nx time.LOL.

And i've finished watching wu di shan bao mei .. the ending not bad seh.Hehehe.. going to find time to watch.. bai quan nv wang ? o.o
