It's the holiday ! HAHAHA.. been rotting at home.. time to catch some dramas.. now watching 'wo de yi wan mian bao'

Went to see the specialist on wed.. hoping to hear some good news.. in the end.. bad news again.. he gave me 3 choices… but..hais..Maybe heaven wants to punish me by not letting me play my favourite sport.. probably because of what I did in the past.. great. You already punished me, isn’t that enough ? if I choose that route, I might not be able to play any vigorous sports anymore. Just like that time my back .. if weren’t ok.. have to put metal to support it..luckily now ok le ..

Hai .. consequences of playing sports for years :( .. im soo scared that my entire right hand will become crippled :( .. haaii.. thinking of quitting badminton after POL-ITE.. for the sake of my elbow.. but.. i dont want ... going back to see the doctor at end of september ... hais ... shld have seek immediate treatment when i got injured ..

Went to get hot pack at pharmacy .. wa.. pain. :<

Training tomorrow.. dunno if my elbow can take it :|
